Calling for For Abstracts for free papers and posters

Method of submission:
Each abstract should be emailed SEPARATELY to [email protected]

Deadline for submission of abstracts 
21st May 2022

Instructions for submission:

1. Maximum word count: 300 words
2. The TITLE of the abstract should be given in the ‘subject’ section of each email submission
3. If submitting more than one abstract, each abstract should be submitted as a SEPARATE email
4. A copy of the certificate of ethical clearance or proof of submission for ethical clearance should also be attached with the abstract (in the same email).

Abstract content:
Required sections in abstract

• Title
• Background
• Aims
• Methods
• Results
• Conclusions

Each abstract should be accompanied by a cover page giving: 

• Title of paper
• Author names, designations and affiliations
• Email of corresponding author
• Preferred category of abstract (i.e., whether free paper or poster)

Please use following formatting rules for the abstract

• Title: Times New Roman, size 11, Bold
• Author names: Times New Roman size 11, name of presenting author should be underlined, affiliations of each author to be indicated by numbers in superscript
• Author affiliations: please state designation and institution, in Times New Roman, size 10, italics
• Body text: Times New Roman, Size 11, regular, single line spacing

ABSTRACTS WHICH DO NOT COMPLY WITH ABOVE SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS MAY NOT BE
CONSIDERED.
CASE REPORTS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR POSTERS ONLY. THE DECISION OF THE SCIENTIFIC COMMITTEE WILL BE FINAL.
