    CALLING FOR ABSTRACTS – FOR FREE PAPERS and POSTERS
    DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS: 1st of May 2023

    Method of Submission: Each abstract should be emailed SEPARATELY to
    [email protected]

    INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION:

 1. Maximum word count: 300 words.

 2. The TITLE of the abstract should be given in the ‘subject’ section of each email submission.

 3. If submitting more than one abstract, each abstract should be submitted as a SEPARATE email.

 4. A copy of the certificate of ethical clearance or proof of submission for ethical clearance should.

  also be attached with the abstract (in the same email).

  Abstract content(Required sections in abstract):

  Title, Background, Aims, Methods, Results, Conclusions
     Please use following formatting for the abstract:

• Title: Times New Roman, size 11, bold.

• Author names: Times New Roman size 11, name of presenting author should be underlined,
   affiliations of each author to be indicated by numbers in superscript.

• Author affiliations: please state institution, in Times New Roman, size 10, italics.

• Body text: Times New Roman, Size 11, regular, single line spacingEach abstract should be accompanied by a cover.

   page giving:

• Title of paper,

• Author names and affiliations

• Email of correspondingauthor

• Preferred category of abstract (i.e., whether free paper or poster)
Please Note: Abstracts which do not comply with above submission instructions may not be
  considered.

• Case reports will be considered for posters only.
 

• The decision of the Scientific Committee will be final.
